A: Our drivers will be picking up trash as early as 6a.m, so please have your trash out by 6a.m. Many like to put their trash out the night before.

Q: How do I know what size trash bin is good for me?
A: A small one (35 Gal) is great for single household who recycles heavily. Our medium size (65 Gal) is convnient for couples who are living together and our biggest size (95gal) suits a family of four.

Q: If I am a new customer, when can I expect to receive my trash bin?
A: Trash bins are usually delivered on Thursday and Friday of the week you request for service.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We take VISA and Discover, we do not accept Mastercard. We accept checks and money order.

Q: What services do you provide?
A: We provide residential trash services and roll off services.
